Our design team recently collaborated with a client to maximize the value of their renovation and boost property revenue. After reviewing initial renovation plans, and evaluating them against business operations, it was determined that the planned bridal suite was likely to be under-utilized.

The Innspace design team worked with the client to concept new uses for the space. The client eventually settled on an executive suite. The planning process included axonometric renderings, created by the design team using Revit and Enscape. The photo-realistic renderings helped the client preview and evaluate options prior to committing to final decisions.
